Waiting for the boxes...- from Vratsa Bulgaria

The pupils from Vratsa, Bulgaria expressed their art skills making dolls as the ones their grandparents used to play with. The children used wooden spoons, rags, maize leaves and threads to create the dolls. Then they named them with nice Bulgarian names: Ralitsa, Albena, Todor, Gergana, etc. The children are also talented and good in painting. They prooved it by drawing and colouring funny bookmarks. They are now preparing another surprise - pictures on glass plates.
All these pieces of art will be placed in the travel culture boxes which are going to travel to Girona, Spain first and then to all the partner countries. The boxes already contain interesting objects which present Bulgaria, Vratsa and our school. Our foreign friends will be able to cook meals from our collection of traditional Bulgarian recipes and listen to the Bulgarian children's favourite songs.
Be patient, friends, and you will soon see all the surprises we are preparing for you!

" A bookbinding workshop" in Slovenj Gradec- Slovenia

The pupils of Druga osnovna scola Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia, created aninteresting book with traditional chants and rhymes, also thoseincluding numbers, which is a part of the plan in our project. Theyworked on it in a workshop called " A bookbinding workshop". Pupilsthemselves collected the rhymes and chants, chose the suitable ones, wrote them down and bound a book.

Those rhymes are hard to translatebecause some of them don't even have a real meaning in Slovenelanguage but are used just for counting out and other games for children. There were some more workshops going on the same they where pupilsworked on toys. But these toys will be a surprise until the meeting inSpain. The pupils and teachers from the Slovenian team of ComeniusInter-Cool-Ture wish you a very happy and successful year 2010.
